All of our physical products are despatched either via Royal Mail or Parcel Force for delivery within the United Kingdom. We generally despatch through the Royal Mail 2nd Class Service. “Second Class mail aims to deliver your letter or packet by the third working day after posting, including Saturday.” Where weight restrictions require it we use the Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery Service. “One of the most popular postal services, First Class mail aims to deliver your letter or packet the next working day, including Saturday.” We do not charge a premium for 1st Class Delivery when restrictions require it.
All overseas orders are despatched through the Royal Mail Air Mail service.

Once you have selected your order and are viewing the Shopping Basket, the shipping costs are displayed before payment is required.
We aim to deliver goods to you within 10 days but we cannot give an exact delivery date. If any product is not in stock or, for any other reason, it or they cannot be delivered to you within 30 days of the date of your order, we will contact you giving you details of the likely delivery date. If you would rather not wait, you will have the right to cancel your order at that time. If, for any reason, we have already taken payment for your order, we will re-credit your credit or debit card in full for the goods which you have cancelled your order for.
We regret we cannot receive personal visitors or facilitate the collection of goods; for physical items, we are strictly a mail order supplier.
