Terms and Conditions of Sale

IMPORTANT: This section of our website sets out terms and conditions which relate specifically to the sale of products by us to you. In addition, the more general terms in the next section will also apply to the sale of products by us to you.

Purchasing from us

To purchase from us you must be over 18. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods or services at the price set out in the order.

A delivery charge may (depending on the value of your order) be payable by you for physical goods. The relevant delivery charge will be as shown on your order at the time you place the order.

We are not obliged to supply the goods or services to you until we have confirmed that we have both accepted your order and that it has been despatched. No contract will exist until we have dispatched the goods. Any goods on the same order which we have not confirmed to you that they have been dispatched will not form part of that contract.

You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

If your order has already been submitted and you identify a mistake, please contact enquiries@cartedevisite.co.uk immediately. Please do this before we confirm our acceptance of your order. We may be unable to rectify mistakes after this time, although you still have the right to cancel described in our Returns Policy . In addition to our guarantee, you have certain legal rights to a “cooling off” period after the goods have been delivered to you. Details of these rights and instructions of what you need to do to exercise them are set out in our Returns Policy and we will also remind you when we send our confirmation and acceptance of your order.

Prices are checked regularly. However, if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. If you confirm that you do wish to proceed then please remember that we will still not be under an obligation to supply the goods until we have confirmed that we both have accepted your order and that it has been dispatched. No contract will exist until we have confirmed this.

Availability and Delivery

We aim to deliver goods to you within 10 days but we cannot give an exact delivery date.

If any product is not in stock or, for any other reason, it or they cannot be delivered to you within 30 days of the date of your order, we will contact you giving you details of the likely delivery date. If you would rather not wait, you will have the right to cancel your order at that time. If, for any reason, we have already taken payment for your order, we will re-credit your credit or debit card in full for the goods which you have cancelled your order for.

Damaged Goods

You should inspect the physical goods when you receive them for damage. If you find damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return, at no cost to you. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, we will replace the goods or refund the price paid by you at our discretion. Details of how to contact us in the event your goods are damaged are set out in our Returns Policy

Cancellation

The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your unfulfilled order please write to us at or email us at enquiries@cartedevisite.co.uk with details of your cancellation.

If you have already received the products please email us at enquiries@cartedevisite.co.uk and we will arrange for their return to us.

Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.

We will credit the price of the cancelled products.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any physical products bought from this website you may return them to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or an exchange provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition and carefully packaged.

We will pay the postage costs of returning products providing you contact us first at the email address below.

To return a product under this Returns Policy please first contact enquiries@cartedevisite.co.uk for arrangements to be made.
